John Sabey

Executive Vice President; National Sales Manager

Mr. Sabey has over 25 years of experience building and leading teams and raising capital in the financial services industry. He has relationships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and family offices across the country. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sabey led sales teams for Cole Real Estate, where he oversaw all distribution, hired and managed the sales team, and developed product launch strategies and firm initiatives. Mr. Sabey raised an average of $1.5 billion per year while at Cole. In addition to his experience at Cole, he also managed sales teams at Terra Capital and Caliber Wealth Development, and has also held various executive positions at ING and Transamerica, among others. Mr. Sabey holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Sean Boyd

Vice President; National Accounts Manager

Mr. Boyd has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across different types of product offerings. He has relationships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and family offices throughout the United States. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Boyd was Vice President of National Accounts for Megatel Capital Investment, the capital markets division of The Megatel Group. He also previously served in similar roles with Hartman Income REIT Management Inc. and Black Creek Group. Mr. Boyd spent nearly 15 years with Black Creek Group, where he was a key member of the team that established and managed a selling group that raised approximately $9 billion for that firm. Mr. Boyd holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.

Zach Adams

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Adams has been in the financial services industry for over nine years. He began his career with an independent retirement plan consulting firm where he gained experience working with retirement plans and advisors before working with a trust company focused on the alternative investment space. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Adams served as Managing Director for Timbrel Capital, where he was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of alternative investment distribution. Mr. Adams graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Administration.

Vince Centineo

External Wholesaler, Central Region

Mr. Centineo, based in Chicago, serves as the External Wholesaler in the Central region for Gladstone Securities. In this role, he is responsible for distribution of Gladstone’s non-traded preferred investment offerings. Mr. Centineo has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with the last 25 years expanding distribution and market share for some of the top companies in the industry. Mr. Centineo prides himself on helping financial advisors build better portfolios for their clients with risk management strategies and dependable solutions. Mr. Centineo has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has a FINRA Series 7 license.

Jade Clark

External Wholesaler, Northeast Region

Mr. Clark, based in New Jersey, adds significant industry and regional experience, with over 12 years of experience in alternative investments covering the Northeast. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at Griffin Capital Securities where he raised equity for their real estate and credit Interval Funds, non-traded REITs, Delaware Statutory Trusts, and Qualified Opportunity Zone offerings through the independent broker dealer and registered investment advisor channels. Mr. Clark graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Geoff Ihm

External Wholesaler, Western Region

Geoff Ihm is the Western Region External Wholesaler for Gladstone Securities and is based in Denver, CO.  Mr. Ihm has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and for 14 of those, served as SVP, Director of Internal Sales at Black Creek Group where he was responsible for the sales management of the internal wholesale team.  During his time with Black Creek Group, the firm raised over $9 billion of equity capital for its diverse suite of commercial real estate offerings, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, closed-end funds, private equity funds and a 1031 exchange program.  Mr. Ihm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Iowa and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

Michael Kerrigan

External Wholesaler, Southeast Region

Mr. Kerrigan serves as the External Wholesaler in the Southeast for Gladstone Securities. In this role, he is responsible for distribution of Gladstone’s non-traded preferred investment offerings that are available to independent and registered investment advisors. Mr. Kerrigan comes to Gladstone with more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry with a solid background in distribution sales and marketing. Previously, he represented several Gladstone offerings through a third-party distributor. Mr. Kerrigan has a strong knowledge of the alternative investment space and has been involved in many areas of distribution. Mr. Kerrigan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has a FINRA Series 7 and 65 registration. He lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and three children.

Cameron Lyner

Internal Wholesaler

Mrs. Lyner is the Internal Wholesaler for Gladstone Securities, based in Bozeman, MT. In this role, she helps support day-to-day capital raising efforts and strategic initiatives by generating new sales, servicing the needs of Financial Advisors, and supporting the external wholesaling team. Mrs. Lyner brings 14+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including 10 years in alternative investments. Mrs. Lyner has a successful track record raising capital and implementing distribution strategy within the broker dealer and RIA community. Mrs. Lyner graduated from Montana State University – Bozeman, with a BS in Finance and holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses.
